After little success on their own, a leading management consulting firm enlisted our help to reach qualified candidates to apply to work as mental health professionals in the federal prison system– a notoriously hard position to recruit for because of credential and location requirements, as well as the environment itself.
Solution
Applecart created an employee targeting audience consisting only of individuals with the degrees required for the position or those in school completing these degrees at accredited universities in addition to a few other parameters that our customer used to advertise open positions to on Facebook and LinkedIn.
The Results
The outcome was a 40% increase in conversions from their previous attempts to reach candidates without an Applecart audience, proving our ability to reach an incredibly niche audience, even with several targeting restrictions, better than these platforms’ built-in targeting options. The agency is now interested in using us for other specific employee targeting cases for the federal government.
